Gregg Hackett Joins Core Solutions as Head of Business Development

HONG KONG - 1 March 2006 - Core Solutions, a leader in global trade management, has appointed Gregory Hackett (Gregg) as Head of Business Development.

Gregg brings to Core Solutions a wealth of trade banking and trade services expertise thanks to his years of experience working for leading trade banks. At Core Solutions he will spearhead the development of new transaction and visibility solutions to facilitate the optimization of trade and logistics management for multinational buyers and Asian suppliers. Gregg will also play a key role in enabling other trade services providers to conduct business seamlessly through the Core Business eXchange (CBX) platform.

Gregg possesses an enviable track record. He was Managing Director of Trade Able Solutions, where he worked closely with Vancouver-based Global Business Intelligence, providing consultancy to many leading financial services organizations in trade services strategies. Gregg was Director Asia Pacific at Proponix, a centralized trade processing center and data warehouse for banks. Prior to Proponix, Gregg was Head of Trade Services North Asia at Standard Chartered Bank, Head of Trade Sales at National Australia Bank and Head of Sales at Carrington Confirmers.
